Here at Sweet Rosalie we are passionate about creating desserts to make people smile.   All of our cakes and brownies are handmade in my kitchen in our single oven, using eggs laid by our own flock of chickens or local farm eggs.  We use high quality Belgian Chocolate and real butter in all of our brownies so they taste incredible!

Sweet Rosalie appears regularly at local events and food festivals so do keep an eye open for our stall, where you can get amazing brownies, cupcakes and Tres Leches desserts.
